     Since 1988 Pam's Specialized Catering has been serving the Crystal Coast with tasteful creations made from scratch.  Using simple techniques combined with a splash of chic Pam creates contemporary takes on food dishes, as well as great comfort food you can't resist.

     Since going into business we have learned that to stay  in touch with todays brides  you must keep up with the latest trends in the catering industry.  This constant reinventing has kept our company relevant and viable.

   With experiences  to suit all tastes from grilling stations, pasta stations, carving stations, quesadilla stations, dessert bars, mashed potato bars, to our newest...candy bar.  You will find a delightful experience for all of your senses just around the corner.

Who We Are

   After moving to Morehead City and opening Pam's Specialized Catering, owner Pam Kaiser used her talents and contacts to produce the Crystal Coast Bridal Fair in 1994.  It has become an annual event In the area in January, celebrating it's 15th  anniversary this year.

   Pam has made numerous television appearances including an annual holiday cooking segment. In 1997 she opened Pam's Gourmet Food Shop which served carteret county for five years.             

   Since returning to catering only she has rejuvinated her passion for cooking and catering.  She teaches  catering classes at the local community college to help develop tomorrows entrepreneurs.
